[aadl]: OSATE migration to Kepler

Dear all,

We would like to let you know that we are currently migrating to the latest Eclipse version, Kepler. Thus, we stay up-to-date with the latest Eclipse release and the next testing[3] version will be based on Kepler. The next stable release also use it.  Build scripts and target files are available on our github repository [1]. If you experience any issue, do not hesitate to fill a bug report [2].
