[aadl]: Toulouse AADL Meeting Draft 2 Agenda, for Jan 27-29, 2020

Dear All,

Here's  the draft agenda Jerome and I developed for the Toulouse, France
AADL Meeting Jan 27-29, 2020.  Please provide input on the agenda, do
you have something to present?  Time wrong?  Need more time?

Remember this meeting is 3 full days rather than our typical 3.5 days as
you make your plans.  Also remember the excellent European Real Time
Systems Conference is available for attendance on the last two days of
the week. 

Marc Pantel, who is our host at Reschersche en Informatique de Toulouse
(CNRS), needs information from you, since the facility is restricted. 
See request in the agenda.  Copy Jerome and I as well for our planning. 

We will send out AADL V3 documents for your review soon.  Your review
and comments are especially important as we start to finalize V3.  I'll
also send the notes from the last meeting in DC as well.
