[netsa-tools-discuss] Asking about NetSA and SiLK

Hello everyone

I am Budi. I want to ask about the relation between NetSA and SiLK.

I read in http://www.cert.org/netsa/. It tells about there are six points of NetSA :
What is happening on the network right now? 
What changed before 
and after an incident?What new traffic is appearing on
 the network? 
How often does an event happen?If this 
change is made, what will the impact be? 
How effective will this kind of
 additional protection be?
So, my question is 
Is that true if I say SiLK can represent all 6 points of NetSA ?
