[aadl]: OSATE 1.4.2 Update

Dear all,

We discovered that OSATE 1.4.0 has memory during model instantiation. 
This leak could cause OSATE to fail and terminate even with small- to 
medium-sized models.  We have fixed this problem in a new OSATE 1.4.2 
release.  (We posted a 1.4.1 release late last week, but it only 
partially fixed the problem.)  All users should upgrade to the 1.4.2 
release.

This is best done using the OSATE Update site at 
<http://la.sei.cmu.edu/aadlinfosite/OSATEUpdateSite/> because it will 
download the changed components only, making for a quick and easy 
upgrade.  All the feature and complete OSATE downloads on the 
www.aadl.info have also been updated to 1.4.2.
