Dear AADL users and committee members,

The next edition of the High Integrity Language Technology conference (HILT2014, formerly SIGAda) will be held in Portland, October 18-21. Past editions of this event shows a particular interest for Model-Based related technologies. The conference is now less related to Ada and open to all technologies related to High-Integrity systems. For this reason, it fits perfectly with the domains of use of AADL (avionics, aerospace, etc.). Since last year, the conference has a model-based track, which seems to be a good fit for all AADL-related papers.

We would like to invite you to submit your contribution (technical articles, extended abstracts, experience reports, etc) to the conference. As this conference is a good venue with a good ranking, this is a good opportunity to expose the work of our community. Also, if we have enough articles about MBE technologies, a dedicated session might be organized as well. Also, please note that the event will be collocated with SPLASH2014, which could attract people from other communities. This will definitively be a good opportunity to present your work to people that are not familiar with your research area.

Finally, please note that the keynote speaker for the Model-Based track will be Peter Feiler. Peter is the technical lead of the AADL language and will present past and current research about the language. This will give you a good overview of the evolution of AADL and related ongoing research efforts.

Please find all information below, we hope to see many AADL contributors in Portland!

Best regards,
