Dear all,

Here's the first draft agenda for the joint meeting with the Open Group in San Diego Feb 2-5.  We will meet all day on Thursday  rather than our typical half day.  We will not have the tutorial session.

This is because we will have half a day (Tuesday afternoon) with the Open Group and we have designed a day for them to attend our meeting (Wed).  So our schedule is very tight.  Since we have ballot comments to resolve, this is a busy meeting, some things will have to wait until our next meeting, also in San Diego with the SAE S18 committee (safety standards) in April 27-May 1.

I've also included the notes from the past meeting which have been posted on the Wiki.  So please review the agenda and send any comments and also the notes for assigned action items.

The draft agenda header has the registration info and the hotel info.  Be sure to use the special code to keep the meeting fee at $540.  The hotel has no rooms outside of what has been reserved for the Open Group so call soon if planning to stay at the meeting hotel.
