		Important Changes for Joining an SAE WebEx Meeting

Dear Peter,

		If you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, you may soon be required to install a free software program and enable a browser plug-in to start or join a WebEx meeting.  This is a one-time task, but until it is done, the WebEx meeting you want to attend will not successfully launch and you will stay on the “join meeting” page.

This change impacts Google Chrome users starting with version 32 and Mozilla Firefox users starting with version 27.  Please note the release date for these browsers: 

*	Google Chrome version 32—estimated January 14, 2014
*	Mozilla Firefox version 27—estimated February 4, 2014

*	Use a different web browser to start or join WebEx meetings
