[aadl]: Property associations for internal features

It's quite difficult to discuss about the properties separately

I think that for such a strutural change in the standard, we would need a 
complete add-on to AS-5506B, with the same rationale; syntax; naming, 
consistency and legality rules; semantics and standard properties sections, 
properly documented as for all the other constructs of the language.

Thus, it would become easier to justify what are the applicable properties
