[aadl]: New stable release: OSATE 2.2.0

A new stable release of OSATE, version 2.2.0, is now available for download at
http://www.aadl.info/aadl/osate/stable/2.2.0/products/. The zip files contain
the complete version of OSATE. 

The underlying Eclipse version has changed from Luna to Mars, which requires a new full
installation, either from the zip file or into an existing Eclipse Mars.1.

For installation into an existing Eclipse Mars.1 installation, an update site is
available at http://www.aadl.info/aadl/osate/stable/2.2.0/update-site/.

Release Notes for OSATE 2.2.0
=============================

This release is based on Eclipse Mars.1 (4.5.1). It includes Eclipse components 
necessary to develop analysis plugins. OSATE requires Java 8.

Notable improvements:
* Implemented approved errata for properties:
  - Process_Swap_Execution_time now applies to virtual processor.
  - Add processor, virtual processor in applies to of Activate_Entry_Point. They are 
    included in  the other entry_point properties.
  - Code_Size, Heap_Size, Data_Size, and Stack_Size now apply to virtual processors.
  - Mark Byte_Count as deprecated.
  - Add Source_xx_Size back in and mark as deprecated. These are used in the standard,
    the book, and in the course.
  - Memory_Binding properties now apply to system and processor. Also to virtual 
    processor to model partitions with memory budgets.
  - Property values are no longer allowed as array index value.
* Performance improvements in graphical editor
* Outline view can now handle annexes

Known Issues:
* Using the AADL Property View to edit property values results in bad formatting
