indeed the first week of July is critical for me, as we have submitted a paper to the LICS conference <Caution-Caution-http://lics.rwth-aachen.de/lics16/>.
In case it is accepted, I will present it and will then be absent for the whole week. For the rest of July it is no problem at all to host the meeting - I will be present, with my vacation starting only in the beginning of August.

If a meeting from the second week onwards is not doable, I would suggest to delay the decision by two more weeks until the rebuttal phase of LICS (which will start on March 14). Of course we will not have a final decision by then (author notification is scheduled for April 4), but in my experience the first feedback allows to extrapolate the final decision more or less reliably.
