[aadl]: New stable release: OSATE 2.3.6

A new stable release of OSATE, version 2.3.6, is now available for download at http://osate-build.sei.cmu.edu/download/osate/stable/2.3.6/products/. The archive files contain the complete version of OSATE.

For installation into an existing Eclipse Oxygen.3a installation, an update site is available at http://osate-build.sei.cmu.edu/download/osate/stable/2.3.6/updates/.
