[aadl]: Toulouse AADL Meeting Draft 6 Agenda, for Jan 27-29, 2020

Dear All,

Here's draft 6.  Check it out for changes/times.  We have a full
agenda.  We will end at 4:00 PM on Wednesday so we can catch Pierre's
ERTS presentation.  I've also included the web meeting info.

Only a few people have sent their attendance info to Marc, Jerome and
I.  See in agenda.
