[aadl]: New Part 1 plus Toulouse AADL Meeting Draft 8 Agenda, for Jan 27-29, 2020

Here's a reminder.   Please read and provide any comments on AADL V3
parts 1 and 2.  For your convenience I've attached them again.  Please
provide comments to on Part 1 to Peter with copies to Jerome and I, in
the Word document by January 24th.  Part 2 to Jerome with copies to
Peter and I.  Even if you are later that then 24th, send them and call
in for the discussion.
