[sae-aadl] Behavior Annex limited reballot

Dear all,

The draft Behavior Annex was approved with some technical comments.
As a result of the ballot discussions of the Behavior Annex some technical changes have been made.
Please review them and respond to Bruce and me before the meeting in 2 weeks as to whether you approve of those changes.

together with Serban's questions and Peter's responses.
