Dear all,

1. I've attached an updated agenda, see changes to Wednesday afternoon
and Thursday morning.  Please check, especially if you are presenting
during those times.

2. I've also attached the info for the web meetings.  Remember that you
can just use the audio on your computers but there is also a toll free
phone line.  The meeting will open up at 9:45 so we can all get signed
in before 10:00.


3. You can check your system for compatibility and set up by clicking on
the following link:

you can do this anytime before the meeting / training to see if your
computer will work.

4. From Thierry Cornilleau tests:
I was able to test successfully flash and quick time, but I wasn't able
to see the windows media file despite the installation of the Flip4 WM
plug-in (version 2.3.4.1).
