Dear All,

Everyone attending needs to send attendance information to the SEI to
Jennifer Hykes, see distribution above.  The SEI has controlled access.
She needs name, organization, country, and email address before July 3
to avoid holiday issues.  You will need to also bring a picture
ID/passport to the meeting.

I've attached agenda draft2.  Please review.  We have space for a few
more presentations.  Alexey's tutorial is being delayed to the Montreal
meeting.  I've substituted the BLESS tutorial which we would have done
in Montreal.

The first day is especially for new users, providing information on new
analysis capabilities available.  Please invite those you think would be
interested.  But they also need to provide their information to
Jennifer.

We would like to do a readiness informal ballot on the Requirements
annex and will send it out in advance of the meeting and will need a
response as to whether we are ready to start the balloting process with
recommendations.
