[aadl]: OSATE 1.2.2 complete runtime installation

Dear all,

The archives for the "complete OSATE 1.2.2 runtime version" dated 
03102006 were accidentally truncated by the Eclipse product builder. 
When installed Eclipse would not recognize the AADL plugins.
The plug-in development version of the "complete OSATE 1.2.2 SDK 
version" and the individual feature archives were not affected.

We have reconstructed the zip files for the runtime version and dated 
them 03132006.  This was corrected on Monday March 13 mid-afternoon.
