[aadl]: OSATE 1.2.3 release

All,

an update to OSATE 1.2 has been released today as OSATE 1.2.3.
It includes some bug fixes, support for user-defined folders and a new 
resource analysis plug-in. For details see What's New on www.aadl.info.
