[netsa-tools-discuss] rwflowpack segfault since upgrade to 3.9.0

I recently upgraded a system from SiLK toolset 3.8.3 to 3.9.0 and
libfixbuf 1.5.0 to 1.6.0. The system is running rwflowpack to receive
netflow v9 records from several devices. Since the upgrade, the
rwflowpack service segfaults rather frequently.
In the rwflowpack log file, the last two lines are always:
Oct 7 09:05:49 <hostname> rwflowpack[31951]: 'S0': noticed disconnect
by 10.220.15.27:56223, domain 0x0001
Oct 7 09:05:49 <hostname> rwflowpack[31951]: NetFlow V9 sequence number
mismatch for domain 0x0001, expecting 0x0000 received 0x25588e
And syslog indicates:
Oct 7 09:05:49 003-2COG01 kernel: [4660358.279502] rwflowpack[31952]:
segfault at 7f302c00e8b0 ip 00007f302c00e8b0 sp 00007f303242fb88 error 15
I've re-read release notes, and I don't think I've missed a requisite
change in the configuration files, nor a compile switch during build
time. Is there some additional debugging that can be performed to
troubleshoot this issue?
Thanks,
Scott
