[netsa-tools-discuss] installaing analysis-pipline libsnarf won't find libprotobuf-c

Here is output

Note, selecting 'libprotobuf-c-dev' instead of 'libprotobuf-c0-dev'
E: Unable to locate package libprotobuf-c0
I think i need to drop '0' from name.
