[aadl]: Need learning resources for OSATE V2 Plugin Development

I ran into the same problem a couple of years ago and found the existing
documentation quite outdated and lacking information, specially if you are
not familiar with developing Eclipse plugins and extensions. I don't know
if the situation has improved since, as I don't work anymore with OSATE and
AADL, but I did prepare some notes that may be useful. See the attached
PDF. Some details may have changed with more recent versions of OSATE.
