[aadl]: AADL Meeting in Toulouse, France Jan 29-31, 2018

Dear All,

Here's the current draft agenda for the AADL meeting Jan 29-31.  Please
review and let me know if changes are needed.  Not having the extra half
day means that I could not fit in the normal extended tutorial. 

I've also provided the notes from the last meeting.
