[aadl]: AADL Meeting in Toulouse, France Jan 29-31, 2018

Dear All,

Here's the second draft.  Changed some times on Wednesday and added some
time markers for time in the US especially for US
presenters/participants.  Also added the WebEx info.  Let me know if
changes are needed or with respect to any additional input.
