Would you give the building and room number?  Will there be signs (the 
RTCA SC05/EUROCAE WG 71 meeting was held there in 2008; it was difficult 
for non-French speakers such as me to locate the rooms without this 
information).

We need a headcount for building access and lunch in the facility.
ENSEEIHT will be cooking for us.  Please email if you are attending in
person.

The A mark is exactly at the main entry of ENSEEIHT where is the main
reception. We will tag the place with AADL meeting indication. We will
await there and at the entrance of the lab on the first day.

Can you foretell the exact number of attendees ? It would help in the
organization of the dinner and INTERNET access. It would also allow me
to ask for the right number of visitor entrance card as the building is
under access control. And also to check that the room has enough seats.

As you may recall, we have an extra several hours on the 19th for Brian
to provide a tutorial on BLESS.  This is an extension to the meeting we
had planned originally.  Please check the agenda to see when the
sessions you are involved in will occur.  We will send the remote access
numbers next for the web meeting.
