[sae-aadl] Final recommendation, AADL meeting May 17-19, meeting info (UNCLASSIFIED)

Dear all,

Some last minutes recommendations:

- If you arrive in time (from 8h15 to 8h45), we will await you in the hall of Building F. I have put indications outdoor on how to reach the building, and inside the building on how to reach the room (second floor). 

It is quite easy to find as it is brand new (and thus a bit unfinished ;-)). It is on the left from the N7 car entrance (and visitor reception) indicated by google map (the building is along the "canal du midi" but there is no entrance on that side, you have to go inside the N7 courtyard).

- If you arrive later (or earlier), you can go to the visitor reception on the right of the car entrance barrier so that they can call the conference room, and then we will come fetch you in the hall of building F.

The new building has got a new access control, and currently, we did not receive enough cards for visitors, we will thus need to share visitors cards to go in and out of the building or move in groups.
