[sae-aadl] Error Model V2 draft V0.94 for review

Dear all,

I updated the draft annex to reflect the discussion from the Feb 2013 meeting.
I added a description of how the inheritance of error annex declaration works in the context of component type and implementation extensions. I also added in several distribution functions based on Myron's input.

This version of EMV2  is supported by the testing branch of OSATE2.
We also have example models using EMV2 on GitHub at https://github.com/osate/examples .
