[aadl]: OSATE 2.1.1: Updated Mac OS X package

The OSATE 2.1.1 package for Mac OS X did not work without manually copying a file. I have created a new installation package which is available at http://www.aadl.info/aadl/osate/stable/2.1.1/products/osate2-2.1.1a-macosx.cocoa.x86_64.tar.gz
