Sorry for late reply. Here is the output.
silkman at Silky-flows:~$ dpkg -L libprotobuf-c0-dev
dpkg-query: package 'libprotobuf-c0-dev' is not installed
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
